Legacy Ford Fernie

I just purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer. The whole experience went really well. CJ (sales person) listened to what I was looking for and made it happen. He knew we would have dogs riding in the back and found a cargo mat that would work to cover the spaces when the seats were down. I feel really good to know that the staff at Legacy Ford are there to help when needed, including the service department who I was in contact with previously for my ford edge. They are a great team!

I am Delta resident and went to this place all the way from here. I had received all the information over phone and emails. Their responses were well detailed to all of my inquiries. The Truck was exact same how it was described. Their service was excellent, and I got a good deal.

We have just purchased a new ford F 150 from Legacy from Chris Johnson (no relation) and I have to say we got great service from him and all the staff at Legacy ford. Was a good experience with air of support. When we picked up the truck Chris went through all the features with us thoroughly and even helped us connect our phone to the truck. We recently purchased the 2019 Ford Ranger Lariat from James at Legacy in Fernie. We were hesitant about shopping there because of others experiences, but after corresponding with James via email for a couple of days we arranged to go in to meet him and look at the truck. He made us feel welcome. Both he and Chris answered all of my endless questions (I had a lot)and eased any concerns I may have had. They truly seemed to appreciate our business and made our vehicle shopping experience worthwhile and stress free. Thanks guys!!! Side note: within the first couple of days of owning it, my back up cam and display were acting up. When I called James he was going to arrange for the shop to get me in. He spoke to Dylan who offered to look at it immediately so I wouldn’t have to wait to schedule an appointment. Everything is fine, and I am happy! To me, that is excellent customer service.
