Wow
Whether it is the salesperson, the lady at the reception or the sales manager, all very warm in their service to customers. They know how to give the right advice according to the client's needs. As for after-sales service, also impeccable. Very nice team with a great dynamic, I recommend them without hesitation!
When you enter you are in an enclosure a kind of barrier where they watch you from afar with their mask for the famous covid, wow a nice masked welcome! I found it very cold, I had a mask but they didn't like it, I was watched even if I went to the rooms! I tacked without buying I didn't feel good buying there. I have been a customer for many years and I have been well served but maintained they are I think all subject to the draconian directives of fear, I went to VW in Charlemagne (crossroads 40 640) and it was the opposite, very well served without being followed and without a mask.
The entire Joliette VW team was very professional. The seller, Mr. Stéphane Boileau, was very courteous, available and honest. Products such as extended warranties were made clear to me without undue pressure. On delivery the vehicle was impeccable. And I got a really good price! It was a very pleasant and satisfying shopping experience. Thank you
