Helpful and knowledgeable store
This was our first travel trailer purchase ever - we ordered our Palomino Real-Lite 180 at the Montreal RV show and took delivery in early May. Remi in sales was great to work with and made the shopping experience very smooth and efficient. When we took delivery of the trailer, Patrice gave us a super explanation of how everything worked as well as proper maintenance tips to keep the unit in good condition. As with mostly every new travel trailer nowadays we knew to expect some minor issues to come up during the first weeks of use, and Patrice made sure warranty work was carried out hassle-free, timely and to our complete satisfaction. The after-sales service, especially when purchasing an RV, is very, very important and everyone at Roulottes Gagnon has treated us great so far. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a RV.
Awesome but busy
First experience for us. Super good sales and after sales service. Had a few minor issues on our trailer and they fixed it well without a problem. The service and mechanics guys know their stuff. Excellent dealer to buy a trailer without hassle!
