horrible service, liars and they really not returning your calls. They sold me a call with problems and lied to me that they fixed the battery, it cost me almost $ 500 to fix the problem and I called many times to fixe that issue, and the guy who retoured my call in service department said I have to take it to Nissan because he doesn't have the equipment to fix it. I am so angry how they are not honest to their clients. I called to complain about it and they can't call me back. I can't recommend them to anyone.

I do not recommend this dealership in any way. I was assisting my oldest son in purchasing his very first vehicle. We put a deposit on a used Golf however we cancelled the purchase the next morning. Let me share the overall experience. The new salesperson (one month on the job): we showed up at the dealer to see a specific vehicle that we saw online. He wanted to start the process with us by sitting down to establish if the monthly payments would be suitable…WHAT??... how about we look at the car and decide if we want to buy first? The test drive: the sales person came with us in the car. We didn’t make an issue of it but due to Covid19 every other dealer we visited previously simply gave us the keys and let us go. We asked several questions and many questions were answered vaguely and always finished by saying I will check and let you know. The one question we insisted on: Was if this vehicle was previously a daily car rental? For our own reasons, we weren't interested in the vehicle if it was the case and the salesperson knew this. The answer we were given twice was that it was "owned by a company" (the response he was obviously coached to use). The Finance Manager: this meeting lasted so long and was painful as she wanted to offer my son every insurance product, warranty and option that was available. My son was relying on me to help him make these decisions and I was fully discouraging him from any of these products because he either didn’t need it or I felt that they were too expensive for what is was worth. I fully understand that your job is to sell these products and need to make a living but..... when I told you that I'm a Financial Planner myself and licensed to sell these insurance products on an individual basis, you should understand to stop arguing your points and move on....When I told you that the vehicle had 2 years left on warranty, and that extended warranties are good piece of mind for people that live from pay to pay, don't have an emergency fund, would have to rely on a credit card if a large unexpected repair was needed, and that my son has a $5K emergency fund at 21 years old, then you should understand to stop arguing your points and move on... We left the dealer with a folder containing documentation on everything that the finance manager tried to sell us and absolutely nothing else... no purchase contract agreement with all the conditions that was agreed upon. This is not normal and perhaps not legal? As we were walking out of the dealership 10 minutes before closing we asked for a copy of the Carfax as a copy wasn’t offered. Later that night I reviewed the Carfax and it was clearly indicated that it was a daily car rental. The used car manager (Philippe B): we called the next morning at opening to cancel the purchase and spoke with the manager to explain our position and reasoning for wanting to cancel. Imagine this... he tried to defend his salesperson by stating that they never lied...ok... but you played on words to twist the truth...agreed? Then the next thing out of his mouth was that "it was too late to cancel"... why? because the paint protection film was being installed on the hood!!! Really I asked?? I left your dealer last night 10 minutes before closing and the person you contract this out to is already there installing?? When the manager realized how ridiculous this sounded he then moved on to say that the appointment was booked to install it this morning which was another lie since detailing in the last thing completed during the prep. His whole attitude was unprofessional and definitely didn’t feel like going back to consider a different car. I have trained over 600 people in sales myself but in a different industry. Their process and techniques used at this dealer are outdated, not client focused and contrary to what is being taught for professional sales in 2020!! End result: my son purchased a vehicle from another dealer and lived a completely positive and professional experience. I’m happy he was able to see both sides of the coin as it’s good life experience for him.

Went to 40-640 after visiting other dealers. Met Marie-Pier and Vincent the manager and they gave me a great price on my new Jetta.Both were very professional in making my experience there great. Worked very hard in giving me the best possible price. Met also with Benedik Delisle for all the paper work and another great experience with her,very professional and took time to explain all in details. Went to pick up car and was met by Andrea Lamarche. she had all papers ready and explained the final contract in details then proceeded to deliver us the car. Took the time we needed to feel comfortable before leaving with car. Overall good experience at this dealer and found all personnel there friendly and very polite. I would recommend this to be your first stop if wanting to purchase a VW.
