Hello, my name is Felix. I have been a Repentigny Mitsubishi representative since July and the service my customers receive is the most important thing to me. So I invite you to come see us and take advantage of our great customer service.
My partner bought his car there and he or I will never have a mitsubishi again and not recommend it either. Quickly he got a good rust stain on the hood. We contacted this dealer to see if this could be resolved with their support. We had to relaunch them 4 times before we got a final "no" answer. "It must have been a rock." Apparently, this is not a manufacturing defect as two garage estimates indicate otherwise! The repair cost is not exorbitant, it is simply a matter of principle, the opportunity to demonstrate good customer service ... and it was really missed. The vehicle was serviced there before the incident and now it's over for us.
My partner and I bought an Outlander PHEV at the Repentigny branch.
