Just went to this dealership for a used vehicle. We had an appointment yet no one was available to see us. From the moment we entered we could tell no one was interested in serving us. Finally a salesperson came and he did not even bother to introduce himself or to get our names. Overall, terrible experience. We were not even offered a glass of water. This experience felt like we were walking into a car dealership bothering someone to sell us a car. We must be used to salesmen actually caring and wanting to sell you something! Car has been on the lot for 2 months and now I can see why. We asked what could be done in terms of negotiation and the response was "nothing". We walked out without even being told a simple goodbye. Do not even bother visiting this place.

Horrible customer service and would never reccomend this dealership. They failed to follow through on a commitment for my car and when it was addressed became argumentative and dismissive.

Worst Toyota dealership in Canada. Very skilled at hiding defects on used vehicles. Unfortunately, I'm seeing (and paying to repair these issues) after a year of ownership. I thought the days of shyster dealerships were done. Sadly they are alive and well at Carrefour 40-640. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

same car i watching on there website model is getting old and they change the price more high instead to drop the price they playing games i talking about lexus 2007 sc430 stop chrating customers you advertise price 17495$ you could not sell that car then you changed thr price 18995 $

I found a Tacoma on Autotrader and requested the CarFax, instead of sending me a CarFax they sent me an email to book an appointment at their dealership. I replied to the email and explained that I only wanted to see the CarFax before pursuing this any further. I waited a while for a response and decided to call them to request the CarFax for a third time. They told me that the CarFax was only available at the dealership with the help of a sales rep. I really don't appreciate wasting my time at a dealership 30 minutes away from my home to view a Carfax when most dealerships just send it by email. If the Carfax is to my liking, I can then decide to go see the actual vehicle to consider buying it> IT"S CALLED EFFECTIVE TIME MANAGEMENT! I also told the person that if they were not willing to send me the CarFax by email I would simply buy from another dealership and she replied "NO PROBLEM" Their after sales service must be really bad if they won"t give you what you Need BEFORE YOU BUY. P.S. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A ZERO STAR RATING BUT GOOGLE DOESN'T ALLOW IT
