I contacted BMW Grenier looking for a new car. When I spoke with a Sales Representative over the phone, I was told that he would get back to me with quotes. Later during the day, I received multiple calls from an unknown number leaving no voicemail or text message. That number called me again, at which point I answered. Turns out it was the Director of Sales (I didn't catch his name, exact title could be wrong). He told me that the Sales Representative was working hard to get my a competitive quote. However when I told him about the budget I had in mind, his tone changed and his response was (in French): "call me back in a couple of years when you're ready" and hung up. I didn't get a chance to explain my position and was taken aback by his insolent response. I found his attitude to be unprofessional and impolite. I will definitely not making my purchase at Grenier BMW and will not recommend to anyone.
