Family Ford LTD

I Booked my 2013 Ford Edge for an oil/filter change for a special price of under $100 They arranged to have a very nice driver (wearing a mask) pickup my vehicle from my home (15 km away) and bring it back after it was serviced at no extra charge. They not only changed the oil/ filter and added any required fluids but they also provided an inspection report and cleaned my vehicle both inside and out. Very impressed with the service provided at Family Ford during these trying times. Geoff

Incredibly friendly service! It doesn't stop at the delightful person answering the phone when you call. I was taken care of from start to finish.

I haven't bought from this dealership, but I have used their service department. I was not happy with the service at the last dealership I was going to. I don't want to shame them publically, so I'll just refer to them as S. Marshall Ford. Wait, that's too obvious. I'll refer to them as Steve M. Ford. Anyway, I took two concerns to Steve M. Ford on three separate occasions. They either ignored, or weren't able to solve the issues. one visit to Family Ford and one issue was resolved (turns out it was a TSB recall!!!!) and the other was diligently checked and problem was identified (i need to return when the part arrives to have it installed). I'm very grateful that I am now going to a dealership that will actually listen to my concerns, and have personnel with the technical skills necessary to address the issues. I highly recommend their service department.

I have to say i buy new trucks every year or so and used ones for the company on a yearly basis. I never thought service could be that amazing. I've been dealing with another Ford dealership on east Vancouver island and i encountered nothing but disappointment. Family Ford in Parksville did so much to get my truck back on the road so i can work. Mark, one of the mechanic, even took the time to explain to me in details what was going on with the transfer case. Adrian, Sue and Heather at the service desk and Travis at the parts counter were impeccable with timelines and communication. From now on i will bring EVERY vehicle i own for service there and i will buy all my vehicles there as well. Driving from Nanaimo to Parksville is a small price to pay to receive such good service!!

The service staff were fantastic and my vehicle was ready on time not to forget it was spotless
