Edit: when I purchased my truck I was told I'd get 4 free of charge oil changes with no mention of a 2 year timetable for these to be completed. Its been nearly 2 years and I've to date only used 2. I received a call from the service department and was told I can do both remaining oil changes in a couple of months before the 2 years ran out. I explained thats pointless and was essentially told that I'm out of luck. I explained I was not told about the time frame and still no luck and that its a general motors deal and that nothing could be done. Well I'm here to tell you that you lost all my future service for 1 measly oil change that I'm certain the dealer could have dealt with. Unfortunate as I enjoyed the buying process with Harlem.
Thank you to the crew at Oceanside Harris. They were a fantastic team getting me into my very first reliable car, they did miracles for the financing and making sure I got the car I wanted. Richard the salesman was outstanding as for the rest of his help. Most definitely will be dealing with them in the future, I highly recommend their service!
