Late review. Had my car serviced from the dealership’s service department last month. Best experience I ever had till now in my whole life. I think the representative who helped was Steve if I am not wrong. I had brought in my 2019 Jeep Cherokee for an oil change and I had a question about my scratched front headlight. Even though the dealerships does not cover that as a warranty, the crew took care of it while the car was being serviced and made the headlight look like it was brand new. The service this dealership provide is way beyond this 5 star rating. The team is super friendly and Acknowledging. I would never go to any other dealership for my Jeep and definitely referring my friends and family to the dealership.

Absolutely amazing experience!! Brought my mazda in for what i thought was going to be a gong show of a fix with the engine, and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it within hours! 10/10 definitely would recommend. The entire experience was a dream. Thank you guys!!

I bought a vehicle recently and discovered a slight issue with it when I got home (short story: wasn’t a large issue, and understandable why it was missed). I contacted the owner, Bruce, and he offered to have it fixed immediately, no questions asked. In fact, I became busy with work and forgot to follow up with him, and he emailed me to encourage me to fix the vehicle on his dime. I was pretty impressed.

I was very happy with the purchase of our family car, Daniel Bortoley was very helpful. We found the car online and took the ferry to pick it up. Daniel was kind enough to pick us up at the ferry on the Island side and drive us to the Parksville. The car we bought was a 2yr old Mazda 5 trade in with very low kms. The original owner had forgotten to leave the keys for the lockable roof rack so Daniel chased it up and sent them over to us. In addition the original owner came across a set of winter tires for the car and contacted Daniel to see if we wanted them, of course we did. We weren't able to return to the island for about 8 months due to holidays and Covid. We wanted to be able to make a trip out of it also. Daniel stored them for us until we were able to return.
