We have come to value the services of the men that work at Coast RV in Parksville. They are competent knowledgeable professionals that are fair and honest, and go above and beyond. Our trailer sustained an accident, and Joe drove out of his way after work, to inspect the damage, so that he could arrange parts and labour - even over a weekend if necessary, in order to help my husband go on the trip he had planned on time. Repairs and servicing are always done in a timely fashion. Shops and people like this are what make living here so special. We would not hesitate to recommend this business for all your RV needs.

Joe in the service department was very helpful. Despite a busy time of year he looked our trailer as we limped into Parksville during our vacation. He could have turned us away but instead helped us get on our way safely. Thank you.

I popped into this business this morning looking for a holding tank chemical they'd featured on their website. Unfortunately, it didn't appear to be in stock, though to be fair, this outlet hasn't been open under their name long and their variety of stock wasn't great. My biggest issue with this business was their cavalier attitude towards Covid precautions. Although they had a table at the entrance with hand sanitizer and masks, none of the staff were wearing masks, including the guy at the till beside the entrance. Also, there was a customer paying for items, also without a mask. He was leaning over the counter and his and the employee's face were 2 feet apart at most, no barriers. Because of this lack of caution, I didn't hang around.

The guys at Coast have been amazing.....being in the industry and dealing with a lot of other companies, these guys are by far the best I have dealt with and are the ones I go to when I need something done in Parksville.
