Do not buy or repair your bike there!!!
I bought my bike there last year and when I got on the road I heard a creaking noise coming from the chain. So I went into a parking lot to try to find what was happening. And then all the sudden, the derailleur just felt on the ground! Thank God I wasn't on a busy road or going fast!
When I went back to Sport Expert to get it fixed, they told me that they ITENTIONALLY put a smaller screw because they didn't have the right type of screw anymore. And what's worse is that they didn't want to fix the bike because they said that I sabotaged my bike!! It was still on warranty! After a heated dispute, they repaired it correctly, covered by the warranty.
I could have died on that day because of their laziness!!!
I'm happy to go out of my way to visit this location. Top notch service once again, I'm never disappointed. I always find what I need and the service is impeccable. Today I want to especially thank Emilie and Liane for their wonderful services, it was much appreciated. Already looking forward to my next visit. Keep up the good work.
I like the products and the prices were reasonable but the service was non-existent.
