I bought a 16ft 2015 diesel GMC box truck in October from Pronto automobile. I wanted to wait and see how the truck performed before posting a review. It has now been over 5 months and i am extremely happy with my purchase. The service from Joe was outstanding. He treated me like i had a million dollars in my pocket, even though I look young and was dressed like a lumberjack...their competitors dismissed me. The reason I went to Pronto and trusted them with a $30k purchase was based on their reviews and i understand why. I had 2 small issues/repairs with the truck after leaving the lot. Both were corrected immediately. 1 repair by Pronto as part of their limited guarantee (fan). And 1 repair (diesel exhaust heater) by GM as part of the existing warranty. Both those repairs were corrected in October within 2 weeks of purchase. Since then i have had 0 issues with the truck. The after sales service went beyond my expectations. Joe put me in touch with his mechanic Chris who is an expert on these American trucks. He is professional and also a really good guy. Pronto will be the first and probably only place that I will buy a truck from in the future.
