Hands down the best place to buy a car. The staff is incredibly kind and they do everything to make your leasing/purchase suitable for your needs. Sim was extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable in his profession. He made sure that all my question were answered and that I left with the ultimate best of prices. Then you had Mr. Desjardins in finances who goes above and beyond to make every step an easy process but very descriptive and patient in explaining how everything works. He’s very funny and social makes you feel part of the Toyota family. Will definitely be buying back from these 2 fantastic fellas in a couple of years. VERY COMPETITIVE RATES. Look no where else Toyota ste Therese is where it’s at!!!!!!!!!! There was also a very kind bilingual young lady ( I feel so bad don’t remember her name) that I signed off the papers with who made the purchase end on an amazing note. Thanks Toyota you guys rock!!!!!!

Needed serivce on my car and thankfully, Patrick was able to help me out with my cars' issue, as well as let me know there was an important recall on my car and offered to fix it at the same time. What a relief! Two birds, one stone. Excellent service, thank you Patrick!

Very bad customer service from David the used car salesman. Came here for a used car for my sister the salesman David was able to find one and I was interested to buy. It's December here in Quebec winter tires are mandatory and the sales man wants 300$ extra for winter tires. I asked him if he can include the tires in the price. Tells straight into my face I rather let you walk away for 300$. What a nonsense you don't talk to customer like this very bad customer service. Sylvain called me after few hours and apologized for what happened. He offered me used tires for free and we have bought the car. I am very happy and very thankful to Sylvain.
