I'm really disappointed ! Horrible client's experience ! Sadly I dealt with unqualified employees in sales dep. and comercial director, without any customer service sense, people they don’t want to increase sales and they are professional for losing clients, there are a huge different between a high dynamic environment with high sense of customer service which they do have a very strong desire of sales and care with any potential client with others by contrast one. No turn back for Kia again, be sure this will be well explained to all friends, and friends of my friends as well, all family members & neighbors.

Brought my kia 2016 to this dealer to get my brakes repaired properly as they were not done correctly from a previous garage. They charged $600 and the brakes were still making the exact same noise and rubbing sound. When i asked them if they tried the car they said yes, obviously that was a lie as the car was not repaired and my card was charged. When i disupted this charge with them they refused to acknowledge the job was not done correcly and they failed to rectify the situation.

0/10 NOT RECOMMENDED Unprofessional salesman and commercial employee, if you want to waist your time and impact your credit profile and hit it without approval and don't get what you are looking for your car, therefore go a head, otherwise I don't recommend it at all.

The seller's unprofessional approach made it very unpleasant. Lack of finess. I called requesting a test drive on a specific model. Once in store, not only did the seller ignored me and aimed for my husband, but the so called car was out on a limousine service. So time wasted for nothing especially when was told that they had it available. Seller lacked knowledge on the vehicle. Lacked organisation. Seemed more in a hurry to get back to his cell phone than to attend to our needs. Wouldn't recommend this place. If seller is lacking on the front row, it leaves me wondering about the management behind him whom he's representing.
