Waypoint Insurance

Been coming into this location for a while, not really liking the vibe in the office lately. It used to be when you walked in you were greeted by staff that smiled, were friendly, wanted to help you. Now its very non-positive, no smiles, no warm greetings. What happened Waypoint? What caused the negative atmosphere at your location? Do you realize when you treat customers like this, they tend to think, "Maybe next time, I will go somewhere else?" Please don't claim its covid motivating the non-friendly behaviour. Covid going on, or not, is still no excuse to drop the ball on customer service. Do the staff realize its money the business makes, that provides them with their pay cheque? Money on a pay cheque doesn't magically arrive out of thin air.

Best place to go. Treat you like family

Terrible customer service. Made us (including seniors) wait outside in the sun until they said we could enter - this is almost acceptable, but the sign on the door says maximum 3 people and we still couldn't enter with only 1 person inside. I tried to stand where someone else had stood while dealing with the heat and they told me to wait outside. I will be moving all my insurance from this place. Utterly disappointed with their behaviour on treating people with respect during this time. Never been treated like this before. Shocked to be honest.

This was the second place i called after having a bad experience with the other agency. The lady at waypoint was very friendly and understanding. Helped me get my out of province travel trailer insured and on the road for less than i was expecting. Much appreciated.
