They have good pandemic protocols in place. They would prefer their clients to make appointments but do take walk-ins.

This is the most disorganized Insurance Company in Parksville. If you use their automatic callback service then don't even bother to expect a callback! It ain't going to happen. They send you round in telephone circles, "You need to talk to the actual insurance company for that information", then the actual Insurance company tells me that Coastal Community is the proper resource. So finally I get to their main telephone contact and she tells me that someone from Coastal Community Parksville will phone me back, I think this is the fifth day with still no response. My business is not going to be their business much longer.

Friendly, patient, welcoming customer service reps. They did their best to not keep me waiting for long to speak to someone and they knew what they were doing. Nice cheerful environment too. I will continue to do business there when in the area.
