Had a banging noise right rear, they changed a link that was not needed as the noise persisted. Graciously offered to re install my good part @ another $80 labor. Car was one (1) week out of warranty.
THEY LIKE TO SELL PARTS!
Later I discovered that it was my tailpipe that knocked against the trailer hitch on rough roads.
Parts dept must be on commission!
I have since totally boycotted them as I found a backyard mechanic (used to work for them) that is 'above and beyond' those tricks.
