The worst service in our 40 years of driving. Make an appointment for oil change and GPS reset 2 weeks in advance, return the vehicle at 9:00 am, telephone at 4:00 hrs to see if the vehicle is ready ... we are not even told to return again. Why don't they call us ..... We have to go back. No sense of customer service.
