very bad place to buy any car. Run!! They put a low price on the web to get you come and see but once you are there they will use every sale tricks to recoup more profit . They also do not honor their words. If you buy something there BE WISE and record every conversation prior to sign everything. Do not trust the salesman or the manager.!!! Especially the big manager. He isn't the boss for a reason. For instance, we were offered a free oil change and brake/pad replacement upon delivery of 2017 truck. None of that were done. On top of that, the manager told that nothing of such was noted in the sale thus it was our responsibility to verify before leaving the parking lot with the new truck. therefor refused to honor the promising stuff. As for the service, it is very slow.. they don't have enough lift and tech working. It can take weeks for an appointment and you may have to leave your vehicle for a while. Will they let you use a one of their courtesy car? only if they want to. if the job on your vehicle is a big one and i mean something they can make a lot of money out of it. Yes they will let you courtesy car, but for minor stuff like brakes, oil maintenance. no you will have to either wait there or use their escort driver. Did i mention that a friend of mine work there. And i know that a few good people are working there though but in general i do not recommend this place. If you buy, RECORD your conversation and pay attention to very small detail. Do not let go your vigilance. They will try to recoup more profit after you sign!!

WORST DEALERSHIP. I sent an email for a 2020 Jeep Wrangler, i asked them if they can make me a price between 575 and 600 per month, they told me yes. When i got there, i realized that the guy who i spoke with on the phone was working from home and i talked with another seller who made me an offer of 800 pe month. She told me that's the best they can do and if i did 70km to go there it is what it is. I have all the mails, i recorded the phone calls and i'll probably make a complaint at costumer protection office.

Best car purchasing experience I have ever had. The sales person and staff were very courteous and helpful and expedient.

Pretty upsetting experience purchasing a vehicle from this Dealership. The price was right and the people were somewhat kind until the deal was done, at which point the unprofessional service began. One hour prior to picking up my new vehicle I was called to be told the battery in my new car was dead (the dealership is an hour from where I live), which resulted in a delay of delivery. I was told this was very rare and happens one out of 100 times, which even still seems very odd and totally unprofessional. Secondly, I was given the car without a wheel lock which resulted in all of the locks having to be changed (at my cost and not offered to be compensated) due to getting a nail in a tire. A manager from the dealership said they would express mail me the lock, so the issue could be resolved. Upon receiving the mail, I discovered that they had not sent the unique lock I was missing and sent over the wrong pieces which in turn required more costs from the garage that I was dealing with in Montreal. Upon contacting them re the wrong item, I was never answered. I would suggest not purchasing from this Dealership, but rather a more credible and notable Jeep Dealer.

Of all the vehicles i purchased, this was by gar the best / friendliest service ever.. Thanks again , will be back for my next car for sure.. this is where the saying of distance is worth it.. Merci pour le super service:) Stephane
