Hyundai St-Jérôme

I saw the car online, it looks like new, I reserved an appointment, after more than one hour of driving I discovered that the 4 doors have big spots of rust from the interior. What a waste of time, where is the transparency!!

Said there was a promotion where I had to submit my personal information to receive it. I do and all I get is an email from sales person quoting me exact online price.

Went by earlier today to get a quote on a new Kona. Brought my trade-in vehicle for evaluation, did the test drive. Salesman was friendly enough. When we came back and sat down, everything changed. He returned from his buyer with the lowest quote I've got from any dealership I've visited - 2,500$ less than everywhere else. He told me he couldn't do anything about it, and didn't even bother giving me a price - indeed, since their buyback value was so low, I couldn't even rent a new one, apparently. Honestly, I just don't think he was interested in making a sale. Every other dealers have been bending themselves in thousands of ways to get a new client, offering better deals, better quotes, rebates. Nothing from Hyundai St-Jérôme, nothing he could do! Didn't even bother checking back after I informed him of the quote I received everywhere else. For a "Signature" Hyundai dealership, representing the "best of the best" and offering "maximum satisfaction"... that was pretty unsatisfactory. I had a similar experience a few years ago, but I'm a forgiving person - decided to give them another chance. Turned out to be a mistake. If that's Hyundai's standard for their "Signature" dealerships, I'm afraid of what a standard dealership is like. I will not be returning, and I advise anyone looking for a car to stay away. I will be sending a similar message to Hyundai Canada, to inform them of how poor the service at this particular "Signature" dealership is.

Purchased my Ioniq at the Saint Jerome Hyundai in May. Today was my 1st oil change. Treated like Royalty. I definitely will keep going back. Great job everyone

I went to Hyundai St Jerome and at the beginning everything was nice, I went home and I found that not everything they told me was correct. I call back and ask to cancel the purchase and get my deposit back, right away the thing change for worst. they start been rude and they told me I will not get back my deposit. the salesman hang on my face the first time, Patrick call me back and told me the manager will not get me the deposit unless I have a good reason, its not a good reason to be lied? NABIL SAAD I do not recommend to go to that dealer. later i went to get my deposit back one employee they said is manager truly i do not think so start to insult me with all the bad world you can image I think he is the one they use him for the people who would like to have there deposit back for any one who would like to buy be sure of what they say and check the price with others you will find a big difference
