From the moment you drive in for your appointment you are treated courteously and all necessary info is already in computers. While waiting the waiting area is very clean and free coffee. One is able to watch work being done on vehicles which is nice to see. When vehicle is ready they come and get you. Service is great. Job well done by all employees.

I visited this dealership some time ago, looking for a new vehicle. As I entered the dealership, the receptionist (who was not on the phone) barely looked at me. I figured she might be busy with paperwork, so I went to have a look at the cars in the showroom. (Somewhat odd, as I was touring several dealerships and brands at that moment, comparing models. I had been greeted everywhere else as I walked in. Even if the receptionist was on the phone, I was at least acknowledged with a smile or a short greeting.) I looked around for roughly 5 to 8 minutes, sitting down in the car I was interested in, checking the trunk space, the usual stuff. Various staff members looked at me, but otherwise ignored my presence. Eventually I had to make my way to the front desk and ask for a sales representative. (Once again, something odd as, usually, you are immediately greeted, offered water or coffee, and asked if you want to speak with a representative.) I would have understood if they were busy, but that was not the case. 3 salesmen were sitting at a desk, talking with each other. Several other members of staff were sitting at their desk with no customers. At that moment, I was the only customer in the showroom. I eventually met my assigned representative and told him I was interested in a model that was coming out soon, and wanted more information about it. Immediately, the salesman appeared disappointed (I can only suspect he desperately wanted to make a sale today). We moved on, talked about the vehicle, and went for a test drive in the 2019 model (same engine, same interior, etc - only a few features were being added, most importantly android auto, so the 2020 version would drive the same). When we came back, I asked for a price, but he couldn't give me one right now. No problem, they don't have one yet, that's perfectly normal. I can't expect him to see the future, nothing against the salesman or the dealership on this point... but, I was told the model would arrive in a few weeks (around 3 to 4). So I asked for the salesman to call me when they had one, so we could discuss a price, as I was interested in the vehicle. I left him my cell number, we shook hands, and I left. At this point, I would easily have given this dealership 4 stars. The representative was kind, his disappointment understandable, and the lack of greeting matters very little to me in the end, as it gave me a chance to check out the car before I spoke with someone. However, a little over 2 months have gone by, and I've yet to receive a call, not even to tell me the vehicles had been delayed, or he had been wrong and it would take longer before the vehicles arrived. At this point, I can only assume I was forgotten, my name and number tossed in a pile, and thrown away or buried under others. That's a real shame, because I was really interested in that car.

Bougth a Scion IM 2016, Bad choice, it is a summer city car. I had to change brakes 40,000km, Car way too low, trim unstable fell of due to its low clearance, lower trim fixed to the car as a child toy (lego style), i named mine Tom Thumb for the parts left on the road. I got stuck multiple times on snow in winter, not enough power when merging on a country road, had to change hydraulic oil (brake, traction, ABS) at 48,000 km to honor garantee (a first for me) and very disapointed by Toyota as I felt not heard nor understood by their customer service departement. I used to own, Celica, Echo, Yaris' Matrix, Supra these never gave me any problems. The IM mechanical system is sound (minus brakes and power). But it's conception not Canadian savy. I return the rental with 60,000 km after 4 years. Due to the fact that I needed to purchase a winter car....

I like to keep my vehicle clean, and it is always dirtier when I leave the dealership. Today I had 'service 2' on my vehicle - $195. They took my car at 9.23 and finished about one hour later. The oil change was included. Then I had the rear brakes cleaned. I was told it would be 40 minutes (but the technician was on break so the timing was uncertain) - so about 30 minutes work for $82. So now I understand the high cost, as somehow the charge appears to be well over $100/h. They told me they were cost competitive. But I can get an oil change and inspection done for $75. Last time at this dealership unless I go there for parts. My wife has a new Mazda, and gets an oil change and inspection for about $60 at her dealership. Too expensive, and no visibility on where your money is going.
