Traded in an old 2005 audi a6 with 310000km but the owner misread the trip odometer and thought the car had 128000km and made a deal based on that mileage, he honored the deal anyway and I got a very nice bmw x3 in near new condition. So honest owner who could have changed his mind based on a car that had 3 times the mileage. So moral of the story......honest and more than fair owner. .....😉 will go back again for my next vehicle. Reputation is everything in the used car business. They have earned the 5 stars, would have given 6 if possible. UPDATE! after 1 week of ownership I had a radiator hose break and realized the air conditioner was not working at all, I called Jonathan, I brought the BMW back and the car was completely fixed, they did a full A/C service and good as new. This guy Jonathan is top notch in respecting and accommodating his clients, he treated me with the utmost of respect and importance. Often, after sales service on a used car is pretty bad, Jonathan took my case and treated my car as if it were brand new. You would think they are paying me to write this review.....no, I am just so impressed with the service here....it is fantastic. Thank you for the best car transaction and after sales service I ever experienced. Will buy all my cars here now......👍👍 Dustin.

Purchased a little fiat 500c, super neat, Émilie was very nice, professional, never pressured me (hesitating between 2 with huge price difference), she knew what she was doing, really nice whole experience! I never give 5 stars. Mike & John gave wonderful service. Met every goal, and even though I was a PITA about a check engine light, they will arrange a proper inspection AGAIN when their garage is open. Had many issues. Please get your car verified. very friendly though Fair enough, your service does deserve it...BTW not small issues I had to buy 2 new tires and will need 2 more once I remove the winters.
