Horrible service
2 sold a rv with both propane tank busted.. Very hard time to get reimbursed.. Than water busted. Did not want to reimburse.. And niw today after 6 month of purchase realize my battery is done.... Weird that the trailer is 2011 model but the batterry is 2004... Crooks all the way
Not the best place to buy a camper. My parents bought a 28ft trailer there last year brand new. Right from the start they were grimy, hassling about a propane tank, the battery, the BBQ on the trade in camper they already agreed to take "as is". Now a year later the camper is showing alot of wear and tear despite only having gone on 3 camping trips.
The PM Caravan experience has left us very disappointed. Don't make the same mistake!
Idk what all negative reviews are about, I've had nothing but awesome service here. Especially in the service and parts department.
Not very professional. To busy talking among them selves to ask if I needed any help and everything is way over priced
