I booked a test drive in advance. I waited (which I don’t mind because I love some calm and I am not rushed). No one sat with me, explained the features of the vehicle or spent any time with me whatsoever. I was handed keys (I didn’t even give someone my license, so if you don’t have one and want to drive an Audi - have at it) and came back and dropped them off. Super awkward. Needless to say I went there yesterday and bought my car elsewhere today. I have waited 10 years to be in such a good position and an Audi was my dream car. Let’s just say that customer service plays a huge role. In contrast. The dealership I visited today (booked my test drive the same way). Greeted me, spoke with me, asked me what my needs were, showed me options outside of the vehicle I booked to drive, walked me through the features of each vehicle, old and new. Even provided the carfax reports for the previously owned ones. I’m really disappointed that the car I dreamed of driving is not the car I purchased but really happy to have been taken care of when investing a lot of money. Basically I was treated like I was nothing. I would have spent a huge chunk of money there. I gave the second star for the super nice receptionist who was kind and offered me warmth and her lovely smile!

very poor follow up. After I bought my car at this dealer the next day I told them that another Audi in Montreal had the same car with less mileage and was given a lot more for my trade, first payment free, free tires, free tire storage for 3 years and first maintenance free. They never call me back until this week (4 week after my first contact)to tell me that can’t do anything for me. They didn’t offer me anything. I am very disappointed with this service. The salesman that I was dealing with didn’t call me or show up when they gave me the car they had to send someone else. Once you sign the contract they don’t care about you . Even the touch up they didn't do it had to come back.

Where to start!? I was looking at various brands and went to BMW, Audi and Volvo/Jaguar and by far the professionalism and "down-to-earth" friendly service I received from Audi Park Avenue Certifié Plus was above the rest. Our salesman, Pierre-Charles Jolicoeur was 5-star worthy. He knew how to get us a good deal by listening to my needs and finding me what I wanted, a lovely Q7. My wife and I both would highly recommend going here for your next car purchase. In one quick sentence, you didn't feel like you were in a shark tank, and you didn't feel pressured to "BUY BUY BUY" - this is the art of good salesmanship. Compare this to the BMW's experience which left us wanting to leave ASAP.

Fantastic service - Jay went above and beyond what any sales person would normally do. He made sure from start to finish, we were happy with everything - being friendly and genuine is not a characteristic that every sales person has. Even after delivery of car, he made sure we were completely satisfied and did what he could to accomplish that. Happy with our car, happy with the experience. Would deal again with this Audi dealership and Jay any day.
