A heart felt thanks to the lady that assisted me with my drivers license, and Tanya in insurance for making the transition to BC so pleasant, even in the midst of Covid!

I came in this afternoon to insure a car for the first time with my parents and I felt like I was being interrogated. I have never dealt with such horrifying customer service. We were 'helped' by a man named Alexey who almost made us walk out of the building due to the condescending and disrespectful tone. He literally almost brought me to tears due to the amount of stress he was causing me. Instead of getting helpful and friendly service, I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. DO not go to this Insurance Agency!

If I could give them a negative star I would. Drove out to Summerland to renew my driver's licence, stood outside a locked door where I was told to according to their COVID 19 signs and waited 10 minutes before someone came out to tell me " sorry we had a bit of a lull, so we already shut down the computers. You can come back ". Wouldn't have been so bad if they were not still open for 15 minutes!

They are always willing to help ypu out and answer any questions you have.

Good procedures in place for covid. Fast , efficient, friendly staff.
