UPDATE: the business commented on google that they would be in touch shortly. Never heard from them and they also didn’t answer my email. They also deleted that comment since. Going from two stars to one. ———- We got a vehicle we love but we were really rushed through the purchase and paperwork. We were told to come at 5 for the paperwork but it seemed they were all in a rush to go home and were annoyed that we wanted to read the paperwork with details on the price, fees, and financing. They really wanted us to blindly sign away and close the sale. We noticed they charged us more than the listed price online. They ended up apologizing and reimbursing us but we had to go to the dealership in person three times before they issued the refund and when he finally said our cheque could be picked up on a given date we made another trip to the dealership but it wasn’t there because they had mailed it out. The sales staff chit chat amongst themselves, don’t greet you, and act like they don’t see you standing there waiting. Our fobs didn’t work and when we took them in (just a few days after purchase) they said they don’t guarantee them. They proceeded to change the batteries but we were told if it didn’t work we had to buy new ones from Nissan. They didn’t work so we went back but they made us stand around and wait for so long we left. What a poor attitude toward a client engaging in a 20k transaction with you! Parts counter had a much more pleasant attitude than the sales floor. Overall poor customer service but we still love our vehicle. Their in-house insurance company wouldn’t serve us in English so we bought elsewhere.

Service is s..t, they don't know anything about their own stock. The car was sold on Saturday, BUT they made an appointment today. I wasted time and money. I was interested in two more cars, but I left, because the manager, instead of apologizing, as all decent people do, began to convince me that this was normal and that I was to blame. :-)

The worst service ever! I bought car 2 months ago with some minor issues that were promised to be fixed within a week after finalization of purchase (+ I bought from them floor mats and electronic rust protection). As I said, all that was promised to be fixed and installed within a week. 2 months passed... still nothing ... Every 2 weeks I come to them and they are telling me "yes, yes, ... by the end of this week you should get call from service center to make an appointment" ... and nobody calls! it seems that the most important for them is to sell car and they don't care about customers and feedback!

We were after hours Friday night on a long weekend and service was closed. My truck needed servicing and the mechanics were all gone, but the clerk and sales team went out of their way to help me. They called people, and we’re able to fix the problem. The man helping us let me bring my truck into the shop as it was -20° out. He was so friendly and happy the whole time. The staff went above and beyond their job and never made me feel like an inconvenience. He said to come straight back if there was any problems. I am very impressed by the help I was given, I was over 2 hours from home and had no other option. I would highly recommend Duclos Dodge
