Slowest dealership ever. When I was bringing my car to be serviced at Honda Excel in TMR, my car was always ready within 2 hours.
Brought my Odyssey for a tire change and
maintenance service for an APPOINTMENT at 8:30am at Honda Encore...it's now 8:50pm and it's not ready...over 12 hours!!. My husband has to rush there and get the car seats out so we can safely transport our children tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous. I will go to TMR where the service is always done in a timely fashion.
