Very good and friendly service. It was very enjoyable to speak with the Service Department. I will definitely come back and recommend this to everyone. They took good care of me on my visit. Dominique is also very helpful and very nice when I visit and always ready to help. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

I am happy with my experience with this dealership, specially Madame Melanie laliberte was absolutely exceptional, very professional and patient, spends time with customers and ensures their full satisfaction, I saw several dealerships and I have never seen such professionalism.

My 2015 Mazda 3 Sport GT has been very enjoyable for the 5 years I have owned it. I DID have a couple of small rust spots ( Smaller than a pencil eraser ) and brought it my dealer and they arranged to have that fixed for me. I am very pleased with my overall experience at Solution Mazda in Chateauguay and my first Mazda. My girlfriend drives a beautiful 2019 CX-5 and her daughter a Tribute so we are a Mazda family :)

My experience @ Mazda Chateauguay is always perfect! They take care of you and they advise you on your maintenance like what has to be done now and what can wait. I really like it here.

Great friendly sales associate (Francis) , but the finance manager and the sales manager are a joke. We came from Ottawa and wanted the financing and price determined when we arrived. Never got a call back from the finance manager. We were told interest rates would start at 6.99% and lower if you have good credit. I have 825+ but they wouldn't drop the interest rate. Would not negotiate price on the car, even though there were issues with the vehicle upon our inspection, which the sales man agreed. It's too bad management here wasted everyone's time. 1/10 would not go back.
