I was charged $525 to replace shocks to fix a knocking noise in the rear that did not even fix the noise it’s still there.I called the The Ford dealership where I bought the car 1 month earlier and they’ve said the shocks in the pre purchase inspection were perfect. These shocks only had 63000 km on them. Every other part in the suspension was covered under warranty except these, what a coincidence. If they had tested it after the repair they would have noticed the noise is still there. I feel that the repair was not needed. Also the plastic trim that had to be removed in the rear to do the repair was not even installed well, it was loose in multiple spots that I had to fix in my drive way. Was also charged a random fee of 16$ and not explained what it was. I use to go here many years ago because they were good to me, but doubt I will go back now.the 2 stars are for the shuttle car guy he was super nice!!

The staff, Miguel was professional and courteous and they took precautions to ensure social distancing. They also provided taxi tickets for me to return home and they sent a taxi to my come to pick me up when my car was ready. The technician took care to clean surfaces in my car such as the door handle and steering wheel. That's going above and beyond for their customer, which I appreciate. Bravo Solutions Ford!
