Bought a car with replacement insurance, was told "If you get in an accident you will get a bunch of money". 2 years later I get into an accident, and when I went to file the claim I was told I only get store credit. When I started asking for proof, I got attitude and was being told this is just how it works. Finally she showed me proof and I started talking to the salesman, who told me whatever car you want we will get. Even though in the insurance papers it said same make or model year or newer. I tell him which car I want and it's now been 6 months and when I try to contact them no response. Also when talking with other dealerships I was told "they aren't allowed to do that.". Not to mention when I bought the car I was told the brakes needed to be changed and they will do it for me for $600, when I got them changed elsewhere, it cost me $200.

Un impressed got 0 service was looking for a car was ready to buy on the spot and was not taken seriously so when to the Chevrolet in LaSalle and wow amazing service left with my new car love it.

After shopping for a long time for a used vehicle, it was at Fichault Occasion that my choice stopped. I received exceptional service from the entire team. I have bought at least fifteen vehicles in my life (new or used) and I have never received such service! I was served by Austin, he answered all my questions and requests with the utmost professionalism. I was charmed by the vehicle, so I made an offer! I negotiated with Austin, then one of the owners (Benoît Fichault) came to join us to complete the negotiation. Real gentlemen! Seriously, it was nice negotiating with them. Not for a single moment I could feel this manipulation or this pressure to buy that we find elsewhere; no comedy no drama. We agreed on a price, I left a deposit, then we agreed on a delivery date. The next day, Joane, the lady in charge of financing, called me to tell me about the options available to me for financing, but also for extended warranties and what they call "replacement value" ( a kind of replacement value that you can get when you buy a used vehicle). I declined the products she offered me, and she was super respectful, she did not play the game of emotional manipulation that we play elsewhere ... you know the one where we play say: "Do you know how much it costs to change an air conditioning compressor when the warranty has expired?" None of that. Just honest proposals, without far-fetched promises, and a reception of my answers with great respect. Once again, I didn't feel any pressure and that I really appreciated! Interestingly, I'm a bit superstitious; I asked Joane to find me a license plate with a specific number; she did it! Thank you so much! For the delivery of my vehicle, I had a little problem: I live almost 50km from the dealership and no one could come with me. Well, they came to pick me up from my house to accommodate me! This is really exceptional, because I know of no dealer who would have done that, especially once the vehicle is sold! So Christian, the guy in charge of deliveries and presenting the vehicle to buyers came to pick me up, directly at the door of my house! Once there, he presented me with my vehicle (which had been prepared with great care .. it was impeccable; like new!). He showed me all the options, how each button works and he even configured the radio to work with my mobile's bluetooth. I had a question about the mechanical aspect of the vehicle, since he did not know the answer himself, he went to get a mechanic so that he could answer my question precisely. Once the presentation was over, we went inside to complete the transaction. I met again Benoît Fichault who came to say hello to me, I was also able to meet Joane, to whom I had only spoken on the phone up to this point. So we signed what there was to sign, put the license plate and voila, I was ready to go home with my new vehicle! I believe that the success of this dealership is due to the presence of the owners on the premises. It usually makes all the difference! They seem to have a great corporate culture there. Joane (the finance lady) told me that she's been working there for almost 25 years. It does not lie that kind of thing ... Car dealers, I saw more than one there are bad and correct ones, but this one, it is exceptional! So thank you to the whole team, especially Austin, Benoît Fichault, Joane and Christian, for this impeccable shopping experience! I will go and do my service at this place, I hope the mechanical workshop offers the same level of quality of service! I will complete my review when I have more information in this regard!
