I shopped online for a used car, and chose one here. No-pressure shopping, overall the staff was friendly. Got a good service from Kar Kin who was also helpful with after-sales support. I bought the car about a month ago, and I'm very satisfied with my pick.
I called twice last week for an oil change , secretary said I will be called back . Still awaiting a call back . I just went to dealership , they are busy . I waited a few minutes and then left. I came back a good 15 minutes later and waited in line for an appointment . I was told to wait back as another customer went ahead of me . Hope the boss sees this ! I might be going to another dealership real soon ! Everyone that walks into the shop is a customer . Treat them like family!

Lost my only key during the bad windstorm recently and luckily for me my great service advisor, Jessy Pilon-Lemire went out of her way to:
1. Immediately fit me into a very busy schedule and then
2. Arrange two mechanical recalls to be done along with getting my new key made!
All this done during busy winter tire season - and quickly - WOW!
