We purchased a Mercedes from this dealership and would like to recommend them to others as the customer service was impeccable from start to finish. Does not operate in an honest, even legal manner.
Whatever you do with it, NEVER leave a security deposit on a car in this location. You will never see the color again. They used a bogus pretext to refuse to return the deposit - a pretext which according to the consumer protection office is in no way justifiable. In addition, Assistant Manager Steve Bellefleur will be very charming for the sale but less helpful and even arrogant with any problem - including this one. So I advise everyone, in my experience, to avoid this dealer!
