The folks at Fanatyko are great. If you buy boots here they come with a guarantee that they will fit properly. If you have any issues you can come back and they will adjust the boots to ensure a good fit. And they honour this promise! I know because I had to come back a couple times to get the right fit. With no questions asked, they took the time to get it right. Thank you Peter and co. for taking the time to get my boots all sorted out. The staff here are also very knowledgeable about everything ski related. Definitely a good choice if you are looking for good quality equipment and knowledgeable people.

Above and beyond service from all the staff members. I have been coming to whistler to bike for the past 8 years. Every time I'm around whistler I stop in this shop for something. Today I rented an E bike from them and had damaged the bike within the first 10 minutes of ridding. Returned to the shop and had the bike up and going in less then 30 minutes. Great staff and awesome customer service. Thank you.

On a road trip I discovered my brakes did not work. I called Fanatyk Co Ski & Bike as we were on route to Whistler hoping to have them repaired within a day or so as we use our bikes for recreation and transportation while camped. The fellow said to bring the bike in and they could try to look at it same day. Upon arrival the service guy was very cheerful and welcoming and said he would look at the brakes right away. I was in and out in about 30 min and the price was very reasonable. I was thrilled to have my bike in working order so quickly and able to resume my vacation. Excellent service!

As a bike shop that's right by the Whistler bike park they've been fantastic in sorting out urgent bike issues so we can get riding, and their rental bike fleet has been great too. They have a great selection of high performance bike parts ready to go. For example in my last two visits they had the special tool you need to bleed the new generation Sram dropper posts, where many shops wouldn't know what that was let alone be able to sell you one, and then they had a 500lb rear shock spring which which I was able to get and install the morning of my recent bike park visit. Going to the bike park is an expensive proposition at the best of times, and it's awesome that Fanatyk Co is there ready to solve any bike issues you might have.

My son broke his pedal crank. I was desperate to get his bike fixed ASAP so he could ride his bike for the long weekend. The staff went above and beyond! They fixed his bike on the spot for me and at no cost since the crank had been recalled. Great service!
