Literally best staff I've had a pleasure of getting to know. Very well educated in both skiing and snowboarding. I know you'd think, yes, obviously but a lot of people don't have the same level of expertise. I basically got them to dress me from head to toe. After years of struggling to find the perfect fit of snowboard boot, I’ve finally found my perfect boot! A huge thank you to Robin for all of his time, knowledge and patience with me. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was making a weighed and informed decision! After many pairs of average boots, and average boot fitters, I have found my go-to store! Truly appreciated Robin!

Absolutely amazing experience here. Andreas was extremely patient with me because I was very indecisive about what board I wanted. He has crazy amounts of knowledge so he could answer every question that came to mind. Bo also helped us a lot, and answered tons of questions about boards, bindings and boots. Both together, coupled with the awesome deals and great selection made the in store experience phenomenal. You can't get that from buying online, and this would definitely be my first choice of store to go to in whistler. Thanks to both you!! Awful experience, I left my skis to redrill and adjust my bindings but after a few days they called me saying that they don't do this things and I'd already payed for it!! Shame...

I buy everything from these guys and gals. Have bought two Rocky’s, multiple pairs of skis and boots for the family. All good from repairs to service.
