Great bike shop. These guys have helped me out many times with oddball requests and stuff I couldn’t find elsewhere. And they will research and order parts — I needed a derailleur for an older road bike, no one in Vancouver or Whistler had it on hand, Bike Co ordered and installed it within days. Thanks for keeping me rolling guys, really appreciate it!

This is my go to shop for purchase and repair. The staff is very professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. Always willing to engage in a conversation and come up with a great recommendation or solution. I never feel like I'm being rushed out the door after dropping off my bike. The service and repair is always done on time or ahead of schedule. Reasonable prices.

Totally disgusted. A friend took a nearly new tyre in to be fitted with a tube. They fitted it without a tube, it leaked, hence the tube in the first place and at the same time destroyed the graphics on his enve carbon rims. Must have laid it on the ground while muscling with the levers. A simple bit of protection on such a high end rim seems like common sense to me. They then did him a ‘massive favour’ and fitted a brand new tyre WITH a tube for $108 which is still not seated properly. He did not get his own nearly new tire back either. I was so upset when he told me and showed me his the state of his rim. I hope they do the right thing by him if he ever goes back.

Probably the worst customer service in town on a consistent basis. Hard to get an employee to look at you let alone talk to you. Been in many times and never really gotten helped satisfactorily. Plenty of other great bike shops in town.
