Absolutely awful organization, or lack thereof. My company deals with Remco for our regular weekly deliveries. Despite the fact that we provide them with an extremely large business account there is little to no customer service or support. Today I lost approximately 2000 dollars in revenue because of their despicable customer service and inability to deliver on a promise made. I was promised a specific delivery window and not only was I not told that this would not happen but my shipment was delayed an ENTIRE day due to a driver being over his daily driving hours. There was ZERO communication from the manager and no ability to trouble shoot and find a workable solution for me. While I understand it is unsafe for a driver to exceed his daily hours it is disgraceful that there was no offer to fix the issue that shouldn’t even be mine to deal with in the first place. If there was a no star option that would have been my selection.
