Had no experience with service but parts department is simply awesome. They always have the all and even tinniest volvo truck part you can imagine. I have lost count how many times I have been here but I have always been helped nothing but professionally and politely. Keep up good work guys !!
Mechanics work extremely SLOW. Like this they makes you high bills. Also instead to ask you if you want jober parts they will install most expensive one. Like that I payed 471$ for one shock absorber chenge and its just 2 bolts. When I asked service manager why they installed me 189$ shock instead 85$ shock manager began to lie to me. All this just to grab as much as possible of your money
Bunch of frauds and money grabbers. Bought a 2020 Volvo VNR and it was a lemon. Went to replace the hub 5 times under warranty and they still kept leaking. Also the truck would stop randomly due to electrical problems and they never found a solution. The seller (Ryan) not answering the calls or replying to the e-mails. Leasing company and lawyer are dealing with this problem now.
Charge 150$ for an hour, but won't give you guest wifi password,even if you are there for whole night
The dealership wasn't too bad, but they were pushing me on this one model and I didn't feel respected as a customer.
