First time Dealership Purchase, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Danny and Pat took away the stigma of "The Dealership" and had us feeling at ease every step of the way. Any concerns we had were addressed. As Pat said, buying a new Vehicle should be fun and exciting. Everyone we dealt with Pat, Danny, Emile (or Ryan?) allowed us to have fun and enjoy the whole experience. We are not experts at finance nor are we car experts. Our experience with Honda Des Sources, left us with a better understanding of how it all works. In conclusion, Buying a new vehicle should be fun and enjoyable. If you are are anxious or worried about dealerships as we were, Head over to Honda Des Sources, let them know what you want.....and they will take care of you, while you enjoy yourself. I highly recommend Honda des sources! As a first-time car buyer, I had many apprehensions going into the car search because I did not know enough about cars. I spent many months researching and reading reviews. I made two appointments last month with Danny and from the first appointment I knew that I would come back to Honda des Sources to purchase my first car. Danny was very professional, he showed me the exact cars I wanted to see. Danny was very knowledgeable; he was honest and told me exactly what I needed to know as a first-time car buyer. I had already made several other appointments at other Honda dealerships. I wanted to see different options. However, they could not compare to the amazing treatment I received at Honda des Sources. I went back to Honda des Sources to purchase my first car. The cars in the showroom were very clean, no scratches, no dents, no dirt, nothing missing, and on top of it all they are disinfected! From the beginning to the end of the entire process Danny explained every step and answered all my questions. I have my car a week now and it is great! My experience was great and as a first-time car buyer I cannot speak enough about the quality of their work and the care they provide for their cars. I am truly impressed with the service provided by Danny and the team at Honda des Sources!!

I had one lease car ,and want to keep it ( buy) , they didn’t help me to use my warranty and solve my car painting problem by warranty. I send email to honda canada and got my answer. I was not happy with first floor service.Finally , i return to second floor to mustafa. He was so polit and helpfull And i had good deal with him. I really advise mustafa for buying used car. Mustaf was very helpful for me and he put a lot of time in my case .But never advice first floor for car and service in DDO.my only problem was with first floor job.
