Ken Hamel offered an amazing service and answered to all of my questions along the way. Unfortunately I had to postpone my car acquisition for now but I will definitely contact Ken once I’m ready. I recommend Ken as your salesman because he not only knows the product but also because he builds client relationships and is able to communicate on different levels.
Had to wait awhile at the service counter before anyone came to serve me. And I could not get a straight answer about updating the modules on my car. But everyone was nice, especially Miguel in parts, and I am over all really happy despite a bit of wait time.
I am really happy with my experience at BMW Dorval. My rep Shawn Li was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me good advice and I felt that he had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend him.
Really happy with our sales guy, Shawn li. He was very polite and friendly and was able to answer all the questions. we never felt that he was pushing us to buy. Find the front desk person a bit cold. may be a bad day for her.
I expected a much better experience at BMW wear island. Sales seem to be over confident and do not care about customers.
Waiting time before getting any sales rep was long, then the first rep seemed to find someone interesting so he switched us to another person.
The sales rep spent 10-15 minutes with us, and never got to know our names. He took us to a small tour of the yard assuming we are looking for the cheapest car (...) By then I lost interest and left.
