I recently purchased a car from Auto CB. I urgently needed a new car before winter and I was amazed by the large range of choice they have to offer in their showroom. Their prices are very fair and competitive and you will not find better deals than theirs on the market. The facility is clean, their employees and managers are professional, kind and knowledgeable. A special thanks to Raoul who helped me pick the best car without exceeding my budget. The paperwork was well handled and went very smoothly. Overall my experience with Automobiles CB was great and I will definitely return.

Service après vente horrible Awful service after buying a car there. Quick to sell a car but barely no intention to help you if there’s a problem with the car. Had to make several call to have an simple answer. Keep talk with several receptionist without being able to talk to anyone in charge.

In a word, mediocre. I don't know many used card dealerships, but you could probably do better than this place. Customer service after the sale was non-existent, even when I wanted to ask about billing information to ensure everything was square at the bank. When a problem arose, they told me I was on own, despite two garages saying that it looked like they cut corners when prepping the vehicle for sale. This iseis just my experience. Others may have had a better time. The car does drive though. At least there's that.

My mother in law(who knows nothing about cars) brought me to have my opinion about a car she wanted to buy. After test driving the car... is when everything started to go bad. The salesman John(who was nice in the beginning) was very pushy and wanted my aunt to sign the contract right away without reading and explaining to us the cost.Plus, the contract was in french when he knew that my aunt only speaks english, so I ask him to print an english one. We also told him that we notice substantial rust under the car... he said its normal and that only the rocker panel gets rusty nowadays not the under bed or cover, which was bs because all cars gets rusty faster regardless especially since there was no rust proofing. And finally ,after the fees and taxes ,the car that was 11k was going to be almost 20K after 4 years!the finance was sky rocket high!!!. EVEN if you don't have a really good credit thats way too expensive!The contract was also full of weird and unnecessary charges and hidden fees. I went to a mazda dealer and all I had to pay was taxes! When i told my mother in law to think about it and not sign the contract, John the salesman started to become nasty and told her " Obviously your friend dont want you to get a nice car" and "I don't deal with your friends talking for you...you won't have a better deal if you bring your friend, good luck". Very rude and mean. His upset because I called him out on it . I was nice enough not to insult him and make a scene. I took the time to write this long review to explain my experience. If you're reading this...you make your own choices at the end of the day. However im telling you they only want to take advantages of people who do not know anything about used car dealerships and rob them of their money. Stay away or they will take advantage of you. Your choice. PS they answered back by saying they do not have a salesman by the name of John ,they are right my mistake.The salesman name was Rahul or Raul and she said she had a good experience with him. It was Jean Marc from finance that treated us this way.. call and ask :)
