Hard review for me to write. People there are great. I had minor issues on my vehicle which were solved. But.... for 30 years I have been doing my own oil changes. Had it done by them for the first time. I had a wonderful surprise the next day. Driveway now stained... great... Not a confidence booster if you can't handle an oil change...

This is my second lease with the same dealer - I would not want to lease from anyone else. The staff there is absolutely amazing! Kind, patient .. they are all willing to go out of their way over and over again for my happiness. They make me feel I am appreciated as a customer, no matter how little or big I can pay, they don’t ever make me feel like I am just money for them. I feel valued as a human being. They support my needs and wants. I truly have genuinely loved being a customer to GM West Island. I recommend everyone I know to go there and a couple have signed contracts. I huge thank you to the staff that I can recall : Laslo, Michel, Daniel, Giovani, Anna and to the friendly secretary’s at the front for always smiling and greeting you with warmth. During a surreal situation with covid it’s at times like these where everyone does a small part and makes something bigger happen that they wouldn’t be able to otherwise do alone. Truly! Thank you to you all for being so amazing !!

Horrible dealership,. Warranty issues are not taken seriously with my 2017 Cadillac ATS. I repeatedly had to bring my car in for issues that I was having and it took 3-4 visits before any work was done. The driver's side strut was finally replaced, but they did not replace the other one. Also, after my steering column was replaced, it was returned to me unaligned (it was in perfect alignment when I brought it in). I was told that an alignment was not covered under warranty EVEN THOUGH the work they did caused the car to be unaligned. Also, there is so much miscommunication. I bring my car in and I am told on the phone that it should only take an hour or 2 for the work and it ends up being a full day! It happened to me a few times. Cadillac Canada is of no help. You would think that buying a Cadillac that you expect better quality and service. The car is only 3 years old and I have been replacing more things on this car than I did with my Buick LaCrosse. I will never buy another Cadillac ever again.

Just bought a SUV and I can say that It was a great experience. Bradley is an excellent seller. He listen to you needs and provide helpful information. I hardly recommend.

Just bought a 2021 GMC Canyon. I have to say that the experience that I had with the whole team was incredible. From the salesman(Ayman) to finance(David) to delivery was amazing. I never felt pressured to buying and they worked with me to make the sale very comfortable. There is a reason why I am a repeat customer and it’s because of their way of making the customer their top priority. I would recommend buying from Chevrolet Buick GMC West Island to anyone.
