I would like to thank Escale VR for providing excellent service and helping us out of a real bind. We had lost an important piece of our hitch system and were recommended by Camping Transit. Despite it being a Sunday morning, Escale RV was able to scrounge us the pieces we needed (used, which was just fine with us - $40 vs having to wait or buy a whole new hitch system for $1000+) to safely continue our journey. Very much appreciated!

Poor service. I waited 3 years before writing this comment, the seller is very nice to sell but for the service, it's a big 0. We are still waiting for the promised / paid parts. UPDATE: I will reply to you by email for the rest. There is nothing defamatory when it is the truth. Our +10 emails, the registration on the contract and your own words demonstrate this.
