Worst experience of my life. Absolutely horrible customer service. The owner is a cold unsympathetic person. The dealer did not even do a pre delivery inspection. I left with so many issues. How they are still in business is beyond me.
No service. Very disappointing. Are not there for their customers once the trailer is sold. Do not care about their customers. When it is time to sell, however, they are there. Extremely disappointed with the service. Go Elsewhere.
I had my trailer repaired at Turmel, they charged me the adequate time for the job. They did not exaggerate on the invoice. they just won a customer and i will recommend them to my friends. Pascal at the garage is in control and speaking. Donald and Francis work well in the professional service garage.
I am 100% satisfied. Madame Turmel checks the job at the end.
