Absolutely fantastic experience with VW Langlois. We had to urgently exchange the tire as it was not in a safe condition and Genevieve went out of her ways to help to get the job done quickly and with a minimal inconvenience to us! We would not hesitate to come to VW Langlois for service!

I put 1 star because I enjoyed my golf the first year. Disappointing service. Lack of follow-up. Do not find the problem. After almost a year with a reported problem and a bit of research I was finally told that this is a normal problem and will stay that way. I do not believe you. Honor my warranty and fix my car. I am very disappointed with the service I received and even more disappointed with my purchase. I do not recommend your garage
