Refuses to do any warranty due to "mods" being that I did not have factory size wheels and tires. (Summers are 17" winters are 16") Run don't walk from this company.
The car protection plus is supposed to give you a refund if you did not use any of the service given by the insurance. However, the refund will be denied unless you call before the insurance expired. This is a very shady business practice. Simply, who won't ask ask for a refund? No info was told in advance, no advice was given before the expiry so you pay for nothing. I should have read the review before buying it

Poor service, has all the excuses on why they won't fix your car or cancel the contract. I was lied too about what they covered and now that they got the money from me for my 4 year warantee they do not want to help. I spent 3500 $ for this warantee and I was told that it covered any mechanical problems all I needed to do was bring it to any garage ppp was partnered with and not pay anything else, however now they are saying that I would need to pay for the hours of labor to fix the problem which is about 100$ an hour . I will be contacting a lawyer about this.
Horrible service, do not use this PPP service, made me wait 2 weeks for a use part to come in. At the end the part could be defective. Zero customer experience value.
