I had to do a car solution in July, 2020 for the purchase of a Dodge Journey, Luc forgot to come to the appointment. It started well. I test the vehicle and tell him that the reversing camera does not work, he assures me to fix the problem before reception 3 days later. The day of the reception it was not done (no compensation). Then I realize on returning that he has not provided me with a second key. I call him and he tells me that he did not have them (he had not warned me) and without even a commercial gesture. He also "forgot" to tell me that the tank had been damaged 2 years before. That said after 4 months it drives without problem. And 4 months after once it's time to fit the winter tires, I realize that he provided me with rims that do not even fit on the car !! (also planned for purchase). Go your way, it's not serious !!
