Really great experience here, in particular I can't say enough good things about Simon Rousseau. He gave very quick attentive service, and went out of his way to accommodate every request I had. No pushy service, and they really know their stuff about out-of-province sales. It was a fun buying experience and you can't say that about many car dealers. If you want honesty and great prices, I'd highly recommend them!
I signed a term sheet for a CPO Mercedes on July 7, 2020 from this dealership and still have not received my vehicle nor any date on which I should expect it. Does it really take over a month and counting to get a used Mercedes? I was told that this dealership has customers in New Brunswick that they send vehicles to. Doesn't seem like a very smooth process at all. I have asked for an explanation but they just pass the buck to someone else who doesn't return my calls. Really?
Ask for Bernard or Pierre Luc... they are the best in canada
