It is easy to get an appointment. The staff is competent and provides an excellent service. I went there for an oil change and right after I gave my keys to the adjuster at the service counter, he sent me a text message telling me that anytime during my visit I could reply to his message if I had questions or needed help. Free hot and cold beverages, comfy leather seats, free wi-fi, free shuttle from the dealer to my house and then back if I didn’t want to wait on-site, flat screen tv, gas fireplace,... wow! Really, I couldn’t ask for more. And the service is so much better than the one I had at other dealers. I know where I’ll go next time.

Was closed
The sale of the car during Fournier Chevrolet's reign was rubbish. Buying an electric car and the advisor was so proud to advertise the gasoline delivery service, the "negotiated" winter tires were not identical to the brand sold etc! Change of owner for the garage. Appointment for a booker reminder 1 month in advance with the mention "I'm waiting for the car". He had no tech for electric cars and instead of notifying us or even resuming an appointment, they let me wait without giving any news before I asked.
There was a takeover by the dealer, but I don't want to change my mind. I also want to mention the name of the board .. oh no, the tank vendor. Beaudoin in the corner. I don't disclose the first name for the minimum of respect, but he will recognize his nickname.

Few weeks later..
More and more mistakes, but, they tried. So I give them a 3 star instead of 1. But ... I think there is a big effort to be made if you want to keep selling cars and break the myth.
