If there was a rating less than 1 star, they deserve it. This is the worse dealer I've ever had to deal with. They lied to me right from the start when I went to buy my current new 2015 Nissan Note in December 2014. Their offer was 89 dollars higher that what Nissan Corporation quoted on the website, they could not validate the difference with an effective pitch. At the finance desk the manager offered me a 5 years lease with a 5 years bumper to bumper warranty that will carry beyond the original manufacture warranty for an additional 3800.00 dollars. Last year the whole braking system including the brake lines, brake pads, brake cylinders, and discs, collapsed, they made me pay for the repairs under the pretense that the warrant does not cover the braking system. Today the battery and the alternator died, they are asking me to shell the cost of the repairs...!!!!! What the hell is wrong with that dealer???????????? What have you gained by uttering lies? You have not only deceived me by such acts, but you have betrayed the whole consumer pool which have laid their trust on a product that has an iniquitous representation. Misleading consumers seems to be the norm with you, clients entail zippo, you just don’t care about reputation, your drive is slurping cash from their pockets. Capital Nissan, rest assured that I will tell everyone I meet about the horrific experience I’ve come upon, and why buying from your dealership is a roaring mistake. Capital Nissan live long and prosper!

avoid dealing with Dennis Ouellet, he took a deposit from me and never return. He's a dishonest salesman.

Horrible service. I was welcomed with a copy and paste response that didn't even pretend to try to respond to any questions. The customer service people there should be ashamed that they can't even do their job. Do not recommend unless you want to be treated like a subhuman. Will not go back.
